Why mums will love these natural energy bites
Mums often feel pulled in many directions: between feeding, caring for baby, and recovering themselves, it’s easy to forget to eat well. That’s where our natural energy bites come in. They’re designed with mums in mind: quick, nourishing, and naturally satisfying. Made with oats and agave for slow-release and steady energy, these bites help mums stay fuelled through long days (and nights).
Are these safe for my baby through breastmilk?
Yes, all ingredients are considered safe for breastfeeding. The small caffeine content in dark chocolate is well within safe limits for most babies when mum eats 1–2 natural energy bites a day.

I recently order some of these energy bites, and I loved them! They’ve been a great pick-me-up snack with a cup of tea after a long day with the kids.
They’re a good size bites. The size and quantity feels more generous than other snacks I’ve tried.
