How to prepare

  1. Defrost in the fridge overnight or use the microwave (defrost setting).

  2. Heat in a bowl over hot water until fully warm, or microwave in a suitable bowl (defrosted: 30 seconds to 1 minute, frozen: 1-2 minutes)

  3. Stir well to ensure even temperature.

  4. Test the temperature before serving (it should be warm, not hot).

Storage instructions

  • Keep all meals frozen until ready to use (consume within 3 months). 
  • Once defrosted, keep in the refrigerator and use within 24–48 hours.
  • Do not refreeze after defrosting.
  • Optional – store in BPA-free, freezer-safe containers to maintain freshness and nutrients.
