Defrost in the fridge overnight or use the microwave (defrost setting).
Heat in a bowl over hot water until fully warm, or microwave in a suitable bowl (defrosted: 30 seconds to 1 minute, frozen: 1-2 minutes)
Stir well to ensure even temperature.
Test the temperature before serving (it should be warm, not hot).
