How can I contact you?

If you have any queries or issues with your order(s), you can contact us either by sending us a DM via our Meelie Moo Baby Food Instagram account (we check our messages every 2-4 days, but reply straight away) or by writing to us at he***@**********co.uk (we reply as soon as possible). 

We are open Monday to Friday from 8 am – 6 pm, and Saturday from 10 am -2 pm.

Our order cut-off is every Wednesday. Delivery takes place the following week (approximately 7–10 working days after the cut-off).

As we source ingredients after the cut-off and prepare all food fresh to order, lead times may vary; however, you will be notified by the courier once your order has been dispatched.

We currently prepare our food in a kitchen that is NOT allergen-free. Please do not order our products if you or your child has a severe allergy.

We are pleased to be able to offer free delivery for orders over £45.00. All other orders are subject to a delivery charge of £6.99.

We source out for the best quality fruit and vegetable. We guarantee the fruit and vegetables listed within the dirty dozen are all 100% organic. Our non-dirty dozen vegetables and fruits are also 100% organic.

There’s no minimum spend. However, we recommend to pick & mix at least 40 pods for a month’s supply of meals for your baby. You can order in sets. Each set contains 2 pods.

Each Meelie Moo box has 10 individual slots (pods) in total. 

All of our pods are made in pairs, which means you only need to select 5 different flavours for each box you order. Therefore, we recommend 4 boxes (it’s roughly a month’s worth of food), plus it stops your baby’s taste buds from getting bored easily. 

We sell our food within the UK. For now, we currently deliver to mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland and some remote areas). To find out if we deliver to your area send us an email at he***@**********co.uk.

While frozen, our pods have a 3-month life from the date they are made. Once defrosted, each pod needs to be consumed within 24 hours. Please check the packaging for the “Use by date”.

If you don’t have the time or energy to select a variety of pods, we have set boxes of fruit, vegetables, set meals, breakfast for baby and nut butters.

If you change your mind within 2 hours of placing your order. After which point, cancellations are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact us at he***@**********co.uk.

If the cancellation request is completed before fulfillment of your order, we will offer a refund.

If your order has already been fulfilled, we may not be able to refund you the full price of the product.

Unfortunately, due to safety and hygiene reasons, as well as the perishable nature of our products, we are not able to offer returns or exchange your order(s).

Yes, all of our pods, set boxes and nut butters are vegan friendly.

At the moment all of our snacks are vegetarian friendly. Eve though most of the ingredients we use are vegan, we use free ranged eggs for all of our recipes.

Apart from the empanadas, everything in the mother wellness menu is vegan friendly.
