Our Story

As busy parents with full-time jobs, a dog and cat to look after, and with our daughter to nurture, we understand the challenges of providing homemade goodness during those crucial weaning stages and beyond.

We wanted to be able to make our own meals for our child, and loved the empowering and bonding feeling we got when we could, however life is not always so simple and time can be a luxury. We looked at shop bought shelf products and other frozen meals. Whilst these definitely saved time, we missed the experience and feeling we got from feeding our daughter a home cooked meal that we made her. We also noticed a lot of these ready made meals were expensive and restrictive in choice and not always flavours our daughter enjoyed….so most of it ended up on the floor for our dog! We missed being able to control and measure what we gave our daughter and work with her tastes and preferences.
